• It is a light material, with apparent density, in dry state of 450-550 kg/m3, which leads to significant savings to strength structure of construction achieved (foundation, columns, beams);
• It's the masonry material that provides the best thermal insulation, so that, the wall thickness of 35 cm and 40 is no longer necessary plating insulating materials. The quality of good insulator is provided by porous structure, tiny and closed pores, which represents about 30% by volume;
• Heating fuel economy is important, and the amount of pollutants emitted will be reduced proportionately and consequently environmental taxes will be lower, brick house will be an oasis, as the material provides a very good sound insulation, on the porous structure;
• High resistance to fire, up to 1000°C, without material changing it's structure;
• A.A.C. blocks are easily manipulated, having low density and are provided with (according to the new technologies being implemented, unique in Romania) specific goals for manual handling;
• It is easy to wall-plate, masonry blocks and sheets of insulation having a higher execution accuracy, presenting dimensional deviations less than 1 mm;
• In case that are made with tongue and groove, building is done easily and in short time by workers with high training;
• Requires a low consumption of mortars and adhesives for construction, joints are only 2-3 mm, eliminating thermal bridges of large thicknesses that favors greater heat transfer;
• Consumption of adhesives for interior and exterior coatings is dramatically reduced, as well as the cost of these materials;
• Low thermal expansion of brick products, below 0.4 mm/m remove the phenomenon of fissure (cracking) of plasters;
• It is a natural building material, inorganic, organic;
